In a lot of cases the solicitors at David Russell can help you resolve issues in an amicable manner without resorting to court but if necessary Susan, who is an experienced court practitioner, will be able to guide you through any court proceedings that are issued. We offer a free half hour initial consultation when we will discuss your case. We can give you advice about whether you qualify for Legal Aid but if you don’t, we will always endeavour to provide a realistic estimate of the likely costs you will incur.
